Twin newborn girls at 11 days new…
Babies L & E were so adorable together. They just melted into comfy goodness when near each other making my job very easy. Mom brought a few hats and other things we tried on them. Their grandmother came to the session to help with soothing and posing. I think she really enjoyed being there and helping. We REALLY needed her help and it was wonderful to have an extra set of hands so mom could sit back and relax.
Mom REALLY wanted a shot of both girls on their tummies together on their arms side by side. We tried and tried at the end of the session, but it seemed when one was asleep enough to tolerate the posing, the other was up and when the 2nd finally was asleep enough the first woke up. So since I already had each by themselves on their tummies, I put the two together into a composite for Mama. A lay person would never know if I didn’t tell them, right? See below:

I love the way they held onto each other’s little hands while sleeping. Mom brought these adorable hats with her…I believe these are their theme colors with many outfits, blankets, etc to help family members determine which is which those first few days!

So cuddly together in a basket! They slept so peacefully when snuggled up together!

Who doesn’t love a close up of baby toes?
